To Acquisition Training Page | To Project Officer Training Page | To ACP Home Page HHS University provides a host of training opportunities, including our Acquisition and Project Officer/COTR courses. Listed below are the steps needed to complete the registration process:
- Log into the HHS Learning Portal.
Detailed logon instructions can be found on the HHSU website at http://hhsu.learning.hhs.gov/lms/logon.asp
From the My Learning Home tab, type HHSU in the Search field of the Catalog Search section to view all HHS University offerings.
From the Learning Offerings and Packages table, click on one of the following:
- The course (offering) Title link for more details about the offering.
- The course (offering) Register link to initiate the registration process. Follow the prompts to register for the course of your choice.
If there is a tuition associated with the course offering, prepare your OPDIV's training nomination or credit card form. HTML or PDF (PDF require Acrobat Reader. Click here to download).
Fax a copy of the completed training nomination or credit card form to 301- 480-3287.
- NIHITS Users: Choose Outside Vendor and then search for EIN: 152082166805. All information about the class, such as course number, name, start and end dates and tuition must be entered on the NIHITS form
Your seat is not confirmed until an appropriate method of payment is received.
