Registration Instructions
Attendance at this symposium is limited to NIH employees. Registration is done in two steps - First your office pays for the attendees it wishes to send, then attendees register online with the Chesapeake Hyatt. Don’t register unless your office has paid for you and approved your attendance.
Please go to: https://resweb.passkey.com/Resweb.do?mode=welcome_ei_new&eventID=2533999 to complete your registration. You will be asked to provide a personal credit card number. This information is necessary to confirm your room and in case you have any incidental charges such as phone calls or room service. Your card will not actually be charged. Please register no later than October 1, 2010. If you register after this date and the registration link is disabled, you must contact Kim Doherty (dohertyk2@mail.nih.gov) or Idella Simpson (Idella.Simpson@nih.gov) directly.
When registering, please select November 1 as the date of arrival and November 3 as the date of departure unless you intend to arrive earlier or stay later at your own expense. The group rate is available at $102.00 per night from October 29 through November 4th. NIH is only paying for lodging on Monday, November 1 and Tuesday, November 2.
NOTE: Please be aware of the cancellation policy with the Chesapeake Hyatt. Cancellation must be done at least two days prior to the event in order to avoid being charged for the first night room and tax.
