Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) /Small Business Technology Transfer Program
The Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) program is a set-aside
program (2.5% of an agency's extramural budget) for domestic small business
concerns. The STTP also provides a set-aside for small business
concerns. Site contains Solicitations for SBIR/STTR Grant Applications
and SBIR Contract Proposals, forms and instructions.
The Office of Management (1) advises the NIH Director and staff
on administration and management; (2) provides leadership and guidance
to NIH components on administrative management; and (3) develops/implements
policies, provides oversight and manages the operational components
in areas of management assessment, contract management, procurement
management, and logistics management.
