DGS User Guides

The Document Generation System (DGS) is a web based application that provides a means of generating the RFP Document in Electronic Format (a format that can be posted on FedBizOpps) and the Contract Document in Paper Format.

DGS is primarily used for negotiated contracts. It is currently set up to accommodate contracts created using the Uniform Contract Format, (FAR Part 15.204).

If you are looking for an overview of the system for new employees to provide guidance and instruction on using the DGS, it is suggested that users make a copy of the “DGS User Guide”. A link to the guide is found below
